ये कहानी तीन दोस्तों की है। जिनका नाम विक्रम, सुनील और जॉन होता है। जो बम्बई शहर में नौकरी करने के लिए आते हैं। तीनों बचपन के दोस्त, कुछ कर दिखाने का सपना लिए, इस भीड़ भाड़ वाली जगह में अपना मुक़ाम पाने के लिए दर दर भटकते हैं। उन्हें कोई भी रास्ता नज़र नहीं आता।अपने छोटे से गाँव में रह कर, कॉलेज की पढ़ाई करने वाले सुनील और बिक्रम ने कभी सोचा भी नहीं था, कि सफलता पाने के लिए इतना दर्द झेलना पड़ता है। वहीं, जॉन अपने पापा के बिज़नेस में पहले से ही संघर्ष कर चुका था। जिस वजह से उसे इन सब चीज़ों की आदत सी हो गई थी। जॉन अच्छे से जानता था, कि सफलता इतनी आसानी से नहीं मिलेगी, क्योंकि उसने अपने पापा को दिन रात मेहनत करते हुए देखा था। तभी तीनों को सुबह से भटकते भटकते शाम हो जाती है़। लेकिन न कोई नौकरी और न ही कोई रहने का ठिकाना उनके हाथ लगता। तीनों मायूस होकर 1 छोटे से होटल में खाना खाते हैं। दरअसल उनके पास कोई ख़ास पैसे भी नहीं होते। वह तो सिर्फ़ अपनी एक दो दिन की व्यवस्था बनाकर निकले थे, उन्हें लगा था, कि आते ही उनके साथ कोई चमत्कार होगा, और उनको नौकरी मिल जाएगी। तीनों एक बिल्डिंग के पास पहुँच जाते हैं|


कुछ देर बाद सभी बिल्डिंग के गेट के पास बैठ जाते हैं। एक दो घंटा बैठे हुए गुज़र जाते हैं। तभी बिल्डिंग के चौकीदार की नज़र उन पर पड़ती है और वह ज़ोर की आवाज़ में उन्हें डांटते हुए कहता है, कौन हो तुम लोग, यहाँ क्यों बैठे हो ? तीनों अजनबी शहर में किसी को पहचानते नहीं, और न ही उनका कोई ठिकाना है। तीनों अपनी जगह पर जल्दी खड़े हो जाते हैं, और अपनी बात चौकीदार को बताते हैं। चौकीदार को तीनों की हालत देखकर उन पर तरस आता है। उसे एहसास होता है कि कुछ सालों पहले ऐसे ही वह काम माँगने आया था। तब किसी ने उसे सहारा दिया था, और आज कम से कम वह इतने बड़े शहर में छोटे से काम के साथ जीवन यापन कर पा रहा है। जॉन उन तीनों में थोड़ा समझदार होता है। वह चौकीदार से कहीं रहने के जुगाड़ की बात कहता है क्योंकि उसे पता है, कि अभी उनकी हालत किराया देने की नहीं है, तो उन्हें कोई किराया से कमरा क्यों देगा। तभी चौकीदार अपने एक दोस्त से फोन पर बात करता है, जो वही से कुछ ही दूर बंगला नंबर 17 में साफ़ सफ़ाई का काम करता है। चौकीदार अपने दोस्त को सारी बात बताता है। तभी उसका दोस्त कहता है कि मेरे साहब तो, अपने परिवार के साथ दो महीनों के लिए बाहर गए हैं। तब तक मैं रहने का इंतज़ाम कर सकता हूँ। यह बात सुनकर तीनों दोस्त बहुत ख़ुश हो जाते हैं, और वह जल्दी से चौकीदार से कहते हैं, कि आप हमें बता दीजिए हम उनके पास कैसे पहुँच सकते हैं ? चौकीदार कहता है, कि वह बंगला थोड़ा दूर है। रात को वहाँ कोई टैक्सी ऑटो भी नहीं मिलेगा। आज तुम लोग यही सो जाओ। कल सुबह हम साथ चलेंगे। तीनों उसकी बात मान जाते हैं। सुबह उठते ही तीनों चौकीदार के साथ बंगले में पहुँच जाते हैं। बंगले की ख़ूबसूरती देखकर तीनों दोस्त हक्का बक्का रह जाते हैं। उन्हें यक़ीन ही नहीं होता, कि उन्हें इतने अच्छे बंगले में रहने का मौक़ा मिलेगा। बंगले का नौकर तीनों दोस्तों को गेस्ट रूम में ले जाता है। तीनों दोस्त रूम में पहुंचकर राहत की साँस लेते हैं। जल्दी से तीनों नहा कर तैयार हो जाते हैं, और काम की तलाश में निकल जाते हैं।

अब रहने का तो ठिकाना लग चुका था। तलाश थी केवल अच्छे काम की। जिससे उनका गुज़ारा चल सके, लेकिन आज भी उनके साथ वही होता है। सुबह से शाम हो जाती है, लेकिन तीनों हताश होकर वापस अपने स्थान आ जाते हैं। नौकर तीनों के लिए खाने का इंतज़ाम करके रखता है। जिससे उन्हें बहुत ही राहत मिलती है। आज तीनों दोस्तों के लिए बंगले की पहली रात होती है। रात को 12 बजते ही अचानक बिक्रम की नींद खुल जाती है, और वह अपने आपको बंगले के तहख़ाने में पाता है। जहाँ पुराना सामान इकट्ठा करके रखा हुआ था। उसे समझ में नहीं आता, कि वह यहाँ कैसे पहुँचा तभी वह घबराहट में अपने दोस्तों को आवाज़ लगाता है, लेकिन किसी को कुछ सुनाई नहीं देता। तभी उसके कानों में सब कुछ सुनाई देना बंद हो जाता है, और सिर्फ़ एक औरत के रोने की आवाज़ जाती है। विक्रम चिल्लाकर पूछता है। कहाँ हो, तुम क्यों रो रही हो ? अगले ही पल बिक्रम अपने बिस्तर में होता है। वह डर के कारण पसीने से लथपथ हो जाता है, वह अपने दोस्तों को जगाता है। सुनील और जॉन दोनों उसकी बात का मज़ाक उड़ाते हैं, और कहते हैं तुमने कोई सपना देखा होगा। इस बंगले में तो हमारे अलावा कोई भी नहीं है, और विक्रम भी, अपने दोस्तों की बात का यक़ीन करके, इस घटना को बुरा सपना समझ कर नज़रअंदाज़ करके सो जाता है। सुबह उठते ही तीनों दोस्त फिर से तैयार होकर काम ढूंढने निकल पड़ते हैं, लेकिन जैसे ही वह बंगले के गेट से बाहर निकलते हैं। अचानक कोई औरत आकर बिक्रम को चिट्ठी देती है। जिसमें लिखा होता है, तुम इस पते पर जाओ तो, काम मिल जाएगा, और औरत अचानक भागते हुए उनकी नज़रों से ओझल हो जाती है। तीनों दोस्त की सोच में पड़ जाते हैं कि हमें काम की ज़रूरत है। यह इस औरत को कैसे पता। लेकिन तीनों को काम की बहुत ज़रूरत होती है। उन्हें लगता है कि भगवान ने उनकी मदद करने के लिए किसी को भेजा होगा, और तीनों उसी दिशा में आगे निकल जाते हैं। जहाँ का पता उस काग़ज़ में लिखा होता है। यहाँ पहुँचते ही उन्हें एक बहुत ही बड़ी बिल्डिंग दिखाई देती है। दरअसल यह बहुत बड़ी कंपनी होती है, और तीनों कंपनी के गेट पर पहुँचते हैं और वहाँ के सिक्योरिटी गार्ड को चिट्ठी दिखाते हैं। सिक्योरिटी गार्ड चिट्ठी नियुक्ति विभाग के पास भेज देता है, और जैसे ही प्रबंधक को वह चिट्ठी मिलती है तो उसमें उसके मालिक का हस्ताक्षर होता है। वह उन तीनों से पूछता है। आप हमारे मालिक को कैसे जानते हैं। तभी बिक्रम जवाब देते हुए कहता है। मैं तुम्हारे बॉस का दोस्त हूं। अब प्रबंधक के पास इनको काम न देने के अलावा कोई विकल्प नहीं होता। इस कंपनी के मालिक का हस्ताक्षर, जो उस चिट्ठी पर मौजूद था। कंपनी के मालिक सात दिनों की ट्रिप पर विदेशी कंपनियों के दौरे में थे, और उस बीच उनसे कोई संपर्क नहीं था, इसलिए प्रबंधक ने उन तीनों को काम पर रख लिया, और अपने साथ उन्हें काम की जगह दिखाने ले गया, लेकिन बिक्रम अचानक ही दूसरे रास्ते की तरफ़ मुड़ जाता है, और वह सीधे बॉस के चैम्बर के सामने पहुँचता है, और दरवाज़े के ताले को पासवर्ड से खोल देता है।

कंपनी का प्रबंधक यह देखकरके आश्चर्यचकित रह जाता है। उसे यक़ीन ही नहीं होता कि जो पासवर्ड केवल कंपनी के मालिक को पता है। वह इसे कैसे पता चला। अब प्रबंधक उसे कोई ख़ास आदमी समझने लगता है। उसे पूरा यक़ीन हो जाता है, कि हो ना हो यह व्यक्ति बॉस ने हीं भेजा है, और वह उसे बिना रुके हुए अंदर जाने की इजाज़त दे देता है। जॉन और सुनील यह सब देखकर समझ नहीं पाते कि बिक्रम को यह सब कैसे पता। तभी अचानक बिक्रम सभी को बॉस के चेंबर से बाहर जाने को कहता है, और चेंबर का दरवाज़ा बंद कर देता है। कुछ ही घंटों के बाद प्रबंधक को बॉस का फ़ोन आता है, और बॉस प्रबंधक से पूछता है कि, मेरे कंप्यूटर को किसी ने इस्तेमाल किया था। तभी प्रबंधक सारी बात बता देता है। बॉस ग़ुस्से में मैनेजर को बोलता है। जल्दी से जाओ और उसे रोको नहीं तो, मैं बर्बाद हो जाऊँगा, और जैसे ही प्रबंधक चैम्बर का दरवाज़ा खोलता है, तो वह देखता है बिक्रम बेहोश पड़ा है। प्रबंधक अपने सुरक्षाकर्मियों से उसे उठाने को कहता है, और कुर्सी पर वापस बैठाता है। तभी बिक्रम को होश आता है प्रबंधक ग़ुस्से में बिक्रम को बोलता है, तुमने क्या किया ? मेरे बॉस बहुत नाराज़ है। लेकिन बिक्रम को कुछ याद नहीं कि, वह अपने बंगले के गेट से यहाँ तक कैसे आया है। दरअसल वह बंगला पहले उसी बॉस का होता है, और बॉस ने बंगले को, अपने ऑफ़िस की, एक लड़की के लिए ख़रीदा था, और कभी कभी साथ रहता था जो, कि उसके कंपनी में काम करती थी। बॉस पहले से ही शादीशुदा था, और यह बात अच्छे से जानता था कि, एक ना एक दिन वह लड़की उसके लिए ख़तरा बन सकती है, इसलिए वह उसकी निजी अश्लील विडियो रिकॉर्ड कर लेता है और जब एक दिन लड़की को यह बात पता चलती है तो, दोनो में खींचा तानी करते हुए लड़की के सर में चोट लग जाती है और वह दम तोड़ देती है।

बॉस बंगले के गार्डन में ही लड़की को दफ़ना देता है, और लड़की की मौत के साथ ही उसका राज दफ़न हो जाता है। लेकिन जब उस बंगले में तीनों दोस्त हमें आते हैं तो, बिक्रम गॉर्डन में घूमते घूमते उस जगह पर अपना पैर रख देता है। जहाँ उस लड़की को दफनाया गया था। जिस वजह से उस लड़की का सीधा संपर्क बिक्रम से बन जाता है, वह बिक्रम के अंदर प्रवेश कर जाती है, और उसे क़ाबू में करके अपना बदला लेने के लिए ऑफ़िस प्रवेश करती है, और बॉस की काली करतूत को इंटरनेट में वायरल कर देती है। बॉस को विदेश से ही गिरफ़्तार कर लिया जाता है। उसका काला चिट्ठा सबके सामने खुल जाता है, और वह बेनक़ाब हो जाता है। उस लड़की ने मरने के बाद भी अपना बदला ले लिया था अब शायद उसकी आत्मा को शांति मिल जाएगी। तीनों दोस्त उस बंगले को बुरा सपना समझ कर भूल जाते हैं, और इस दर्दनाक भूतिया कहानी का अंत हो जाता है।

This is the story of three friends: Vikram, Sunil, and John. They come to the city of Mumbai to find work. These three childhood friends, dreaming of making something of themselves, wander from place to place in this bustling city, trying to find their footing. They see no way out. Sunil and Vikram, who had lived in their small village and completed their college education there, had never imagined that achieving success would involve so much hardship. John, on the other hand, had already experienced struggles in his father's business, which had made him somewhat accustomed to these difficulties. John knew well that success wouldn't come easily, as he had seen his father working day and night. The three of them wander around all day until evening, but they find neither a job nor a place to stay. Disheartened, they eat at a small hotel. They don't have much money; they had only planned for a day or two, thinking that some miracle would happen and they would find a job immediately. They arrive near a building.

After some time, they sit down near the building's gate. An hour or two passes. Suddenly, the building's watchman notices them and shouts angrily, "Who are you people? Why are you sitting here?" The three of them don't know anyone in this unfamiliar city, nor do they have a place to stay. They quickly stand up and explain their situation to the watchman. The watchman feels sorry for them after seeing their plight. He realizes that a few years ago, he too had come looking for work in a similar situation. Someone had helped him back then, and today, at least, he is able to make a living in this big city with his small job. John is the most sensible of the three. He asks the watchman if he knows of any place they can stay, because he knows that they can't afford to pay rent, so why would anyone give them a room? Just then, the watchman talks on the phone with a friend who works as a cleaner in bungalow number 17, not far from there. The watchman tells his friend everything. His friend says that his employer has gone away with his family for two months. He says he can arrange accommodation for them until then. Hearing this, the three friends are very happy, and they quickly ask the watchman, "Please tell us how we can get to him?" The watchman says that the bungalow is a little far away. There won't be any taxis or auto-rickshaws there at night. "You guys sleep here tonight. We'll go together tomorrow morning." The three agree. The next morning, they reach the bungalow with the watchman. The three friends are stunned by the beauty of the bungalow. They can't believe that they will get a chance to stay in such a nice bungalow. The bungalow's servant takes the three friends to the guest room. The three friends breathe a sigh of relief upon reaching the room. They quickly bathe and get ready, and then set out in search of work.

Now that they had a place to stay, they were only looking for a good job that would allow them to make a living. But today, the same thing happens again. From morning till evening, they search, but the three return to their place disappointed. The servant has arranged food for them, which gives them great relief. This is the first night for the three friends in the bungalow. At midnight, Vikram suddenly wakes up and finds himself in the bungalow's basement, where old things were stored. He doesn't understand how he got there. In a panic, he calls out to his friends, but no one hears him. Then, he can't hear anything else except the sound of a woman crying. Vikram shouts, "Where are you? Why are you crying?" The next moment, Vikram is in his bed. He's drenched in sweat from fear, and he wakes his friends. Sunil and John both laugh at him, saying he must have had a dream. They tell him there's no one else in the bungalow besides them, and Vikram, believing his friends, dismisses the incident as a bad dream and goes back to sleep. The next morning, the three friends get ready again and set out to find work, but as soon as they step out of the bungalow's gate, a woman suddenly appears and hands Vikram a letter. It says that if he goes to the address mentioned, he will find work, and the woman suddenly disappears from their sight. The three friends are puzzled, wondering how this woman knew they needed work. But they desperately need jobs. They think that God must have sent someone to help them, and the three of them head in the direction of the address written on the paper. Upon arriving, they see a very large building. It's actually a huge company, and the three of them reach the company gate and show the letter to the security guard. The security guard sends the letter to the hiring department, and as soon as the manager receives the letter, he sees his boss's signature on it. He asks them, "How do you know our boss?" Vikram replies, "I'm your boss's friend." Now the manager has no choice but to give them jobs, given the company owner's signature on the letter.The company owner was on a seven-day trip visiting foreign companies, and there was no contact with him during that time. So, the manager hired the three of them and took them to show them their workplace. However, Vikram suddenly turned off in a different direction and went straight to the boss's chamber, where he unlocked the door using a password.

The company manager is astonished by this. He can't believe that someone knows the password, which only the company owner knows. He wonders how this person found out. Now the manager starts to think of him as someone important. He becomes completely convinced that this person must have been sent by the boss, and he allows him to enter without hesitation. John and Sunil, witnessing all this, can't understand how Vikram knows all this. Suddenly, Vikram tells everyone to leave the boss's chamber and closes the door. A few hours later, the manager receives a call from the boss, who asks if someone had used his computer. The manager then explains everything. The boss angrily tells the manager, "Go quickly and stop him, otherwise I'll be ruined!" As soon as the manager opens the chamber door, he sees Vikram lying unconscious. The manager asks his security guards to lift him up and seat him back in the chair. Vikram regains consciousness, and the manager angrily asks him, "What did you do? My boss is very angry." But Vikram doesn't remember anything, not even how he got from his bungalow gate to this place. It turns out that the bungalow previously belonged to the boss, and the boss had bought it for a woman who worked in his office, and he sometimes stayed there with her. The boss was already married and knew very well that one day this woman could become a threat to him, so he secretly recorded her private, explicit videos. When the woman finds out about this, a struggle ensues between them, and the woman suffers a head injury and dies.

The boss buries the woman in the bungalow's garden, and with the woman's death, his secret is buried as well. But when the three friends arrive at the bungalow, Vikram, while strolling in the garden, steps on the very spot where the girl was buried. This establishes a direct connection between the girl and Vikram; she enters his body, takes control of him, and uses him to enter the office to take her revenge. She then leaks the boss's dark secrets on the internet. The boss is arrested from abroad. His dark deeds are exposed to everyone, and he is completely disgraced. The girl had taken her revenge even after death, and perhaps now her soul will find peace. The three friends forget about the bungalow, treating it as a bad dream, and this painful ghost story comes to an end.
